Ben's major rule is NO scale. Well, I can see why he says that. I just got on the damn thing and it hasn't budged in 10 days. I'm shocked but I'm banking on loss of inches at this point. The worst part about it is that it means I'm going to have to step it up a notch when I thought I was at peak performance. No doubt, I work but butt off at camp.
So watch out Sistas (and Ben).... I'm coming on Monday and I'm ready....

So you got on the scale AGAIN!!!! This is going to put you right down the path of insanity:)
ReplyDeleteI might have to come over and throw it out because it is going to leave you nothing but frustrated.
Also, your food hasn't been in the range of supportive yet. All systems have to work together in order to see differences. 10 days isn't long enough in the consistency department to see good changes, and you aren't looking for 1-2 pounds lost because that doesn't show results either. In the past ten days you workout out about the equivilent that the contestants on the biggest loser workout in one day, so keep everything in perspective. This is a lifestyle not shock value television ratings:)
Uh oh!! BUSTED!!!! LOL... don't worry, I've been very very tempted to jump on the scale too, but I've resisted!! You keep on rockin it sista!!
